If you’re looking for new innovative pasta products with top quality local ingredients you’re in the right place! Casa del Cymru is a new enterprise making the finest quality pasta for the discerning british public by making the most of the fantastic natural ingredients which abound in rural Wales.
Casa del Cymru’s pasta is made in the idyllic village of Llechryd on the banks of the river Teifi; using organic flour grown and milled in Oxford, local Welsh eggs and rapeseed oil.
Our products are available from all farmers markets in Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire, Swansea and Cardiff, as well as Delis in Cardigan, Narbeth, Carmarthen, Haverfordwest and Aberystwyth. Casa del Cymru pasta are also served in Cafes and Restaurants around Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire.
We are a husband and wife team (Simon and Gina Sarracini Pope) who have a passion for pasta, whilst following in the footsteps of Gina's Italian family the 'Sarracinis' who put roots down in Wales after her grandfather was a prisoner of war in the area.
Food is a tremendously important part of our culture and we take great pride in making our own pasta packed with healthy natural ingredients. Our aim is to provide good quality food to everyone.
Simon has developed a wide range of raviois and pasta inlcuding gluten free range, and also does demonstrating classes.
